Numismatic Literature is currently being converted to a totally on-line format. The link below allows you to search some volumes from before 1999. To see the latest version, which is a work in progress, go here. Keyword Lists

The following lists are made available as part of a continuing effort to improve the searchability of our databases. The format is preliminary but it may be useful in checking the particular spelling or spellings used by the ANS. Many of the keywords in these lists appear on more than 5000 coins. In these cases, the database will only show the first 5000.

ANS Publications at the Harry Bass Research Foundation

The Harry Bass Research Foundation sponsors the Numismatic Indexes Project. It lists titles appearing in most ANS journals. The index of the Colonial Newsletter can be searched here.
