In preparation for the move to 140 William Street and to reduce operating costs, the Council of the American Numismatic Society has decided to change the opening hours of the American Numismatic Society. The exhibition halls, coin rooms and library will be open to visitors from Tuesday through Friday, 9 am - 4:30 pm.

The Society and all its facilities will be open on the following Saturdays during the first half of 2000:

January 15	David M. Bullowa Memorial Conference
February 12	Saltus Award Meeting, including the Stephen K. Scher Lecture
February 26	The Day of the Etruscans
March 18	Huntington Award Meeting
April 15	Groves Forum in American Numismatics
May 6		"China's Currency in the Twentieth Century" 
May 20		Second Annual Krause-Mishler World Coins Forum
June 17		ANS Members Recognition Day
